My passion is to help others learn about the variety of ways that we can heal mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. I do this by providing my network of members access to information about natural health, wellness and beauty products, services, and businesses that promote the following:
I became interested in holistic health and wellness after various experiences, both personal (grief/loss of loved ones, financial challenges) and professional (social work, mental/emotional health, and holistic healing).
The field of social work and holistic wellness exposed me to various ways that I could appeal to my inner advocate for women's emotional healing and well-being. My background consist of over 15 years of work, volunteer services and community empowerment.
