This site was developed to encourage self-help and preventive care for those who are interested in getting actively involved in their own wellness, using a holistic approach.  The information on this site is intended to promote holistic ways of living that facilitates healing for the mind body and spirit.  

All visitors and members are recommended to seek professional medical or mental health for concerns or conditions that may be more serious in nature.  Anyone who feels that they want to harm themselves or others should seek professional assistance.  In the near future, we will provide referrals of professionals who will provide assistance to our members and visitors.

The purpose of this site is to network and consult with:

• individuals who are ready to commit to addressing issues for their own wellness.
• people who are seeking information about holistic wellness and would like to learn how to create good habits for personal development and overall wellness.
• holistic wellness professionals who would like to provide services and products to our visitors and members.
• grass-roots community partners to help raise funds for projects that promote healing and environmental wellness events and activities.

• The opportunity to take the Wellness Inventory for self-help and personal development *(a cost of $39.95 for a one-year subscription) 
• Access to tools such as articles and other referrals including books, products, links to videos and websites according to areas members choose to  preference from our list of professional affiliates.
• Referrals environmental wellness fundraisers for non-profit organizations, businesses, schools and teams.
